Supplier Performance

OTIF (On Time In Full) tells you how often a supplier delivered the full quantity by the date you asked for. Set the rules that match how your business judges a delivery, run the analysis, and see the trend month by month and supplier by supplier.

Scoring rules

Based on your order book history. At least 6 months of closed PO lines is required; 12 months gives a far more reliable picture.

Early delivery counts against the supplier?

Early deliveries tie up cash and warehouse space. Turn this on to fail deliveries that arrive more than the allowed number of days early.

days early allowed
Over-delivery counts against the supplier?

Receiving more than ordered creates unplanned stock. With this on, anything above the quantity tolerance fails the in-full test.

Partial deliveries on the same PO line

When a PO line is received in several shipments, decide what counts as the promise: the whole line closed by the last shipment, or each shipment judged on its own.
